I'm a UX designer based in Washington, D.C. For the past 9 years, I've worked on digital products for FEMA, GSA, and the Department of Veterans Affairs, helping simplify complex, policy-driven processes into experiences that are easier to understand and use.

I'm passionate about creating designs that drive meaningful outcomes for both users and organizations, not just visually polished features. My approach is to understand the bigger picture, balance user needs with business and technical constraints, and focus on practical, clear, useful solutions.

Outside of design, I enjoy gardening, hiking, and cooking, especially Korean and Italian cuisine.
